Upon placing an order successfully, you should receive a payment receipt from PayPal or Rely as well as a separate SK Jewellery confirmation email. Alternatively, if you have registered an account, your order will be reflected as ‘Processing’.
We will attempt to accommodate order changes, including billing and delivery details, prior to shipping confirmation. Do note that changes to orders may result in shipping delays. We will not be able to cancel an order once payment is confirmed. However, if your order has not be shipped out, you may wish to consider changing your order instead.
We offer complimentary standard shipping within Singapore on all orders with min spend of $100. Standard shipping will be delivered within 7 working days upon order confirmation.
If you require your order urgently, you may consider opting for express delivery which will be delivered within 3 working days at additional cost.
Vouchers and discounts do not apply to shipping fees and will not be refunded, unless stated otherwise.
Kindly note that we do not ship to restricted places such as military camps, off-shore islands and industrial areas, regardless of shipping method.

Yes, we do offer self-collection at all SK Jewellery stores as well as our Headquarters. You will be notified within 7 working days via email when your parcel is ready for collection.
We will attempt to accommodate changes prior to shipping confirmation. However, we will not be able to amend your billing/shipping address once your parcel has been handed to our courier partner.
All orders will be processed immediately upon payment confirmation. You may expect to receive your order within 7 working days via standard shipping/self-collection in stores and 3 working days when you opt for express shipping.

Please be assured that you will be notified prior to any delivery attempts. Due to security purposes, all orders must be delivered and received by hand. We do not recommend parcels to be placed at an unsecured location. SK Jewellery will not be liable for misplaced or lost parcels should you instruct our courier partner to leave your parcel at an unsecured location.
If you are certain that you are unable to receive the parcel on the delivery day, you may inform our courier partner to reschedule the delivery as we offer up to 1 complimentary redelivery attempts.

Yes, we provide complimentary insurance coverage on all orders within Singapore, so you can be assured that your item(s) will be safely delivered to you.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been successfully shipped. This email will contain a tracking number alongside a weblink which will enable you to track your order. Kindly note that you will only be able to track the delivery status once you receive the tracking number.
Currently, we are only able to ship within Singapore. If you require your order to be shipped overseas, you may ship your order to a local address and have a family/friend to forward the parcel overseas.
Standard delivery within 7 working days is absolutely free for orders with min spend of $100. Otherwise, an additional cost of $3 will be incurred.
Express delivery within 3 working days will be chargeable at $20.
Return and Exchange
Yes, you may head down to any SK Jewellery store to make a 1-to-1 exchange within 7 days from date of receipt. Kindly bring along the merchandise in it’s original condition and packaging, along with the invoice.
Sale of personalised products, special orders and damaged products are not eligible for exchange.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. You may email us at [email protected] or call us at 1800-SKJEWEL (1800-7553935). Our customer service team will assist you.
If you have already accepted the delivery, please retain all relevant packaging materials together with the product in its original condition. Claims for damaged or missing items should be reported within 1 working day upon the receipt of your order. Do note that returns may take up to 10 working days to arrive at our headquarters. Once received, we will examine and advise the next course of action.
In the event the product returned is not damaged, we may at our discretion decide not to replace, repair or refund you for the product and/or require you to pay all reasonable delivery and servicing costs.
Payment And Security
You can use any of the MasterCard or Visa card to pay for your order via PayPal or a Singapore issued MasterCard or Visa card to pay via Rely Installment. Do take note that current legislated Goods and Service Tax (GST) applies.
Rely is a payment gateway that supports 3 monthly installment payments with no interest and no hidden fees. You will require to be at least 18 years old with a valid local mobile number and email address. To activate your Rely account, you will be required to share your local identification number, local address and locally-issued credit or debit card details.

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your e-Gift card, please contact our Customer Service team immediately ([email protected]) to cancel your gift card.
Digital gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and should be safeguarded accordingly. We will not be liable for and will not reimburse the stored value of any lost or stolen digital gift cards. Please do not display your gift card number online.
In the event that you change your mind regarding the item you purchased with your e-Gift card, you can exchange it for other items equivalent or higher value where a top-up of the additional difference is required at our showrooms, within 7 days upon receiving your item. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide credit or cash refund once the e-Gift card is activated. Please ensure you maximise your e-Gift card value before checkout.
Of course! Select and add your favourite jewellery to cart, redeem your e-Gift card and make payment (if required). Please ensure you maximise your e-Gift card value before checkout as excess value will not be refunded in cash nor credit.
Simply select your preferred e-Gift card design and denomination, add it to your cart, and proceed to make payment with your PayPal account.
Unfortunately, the validity cannot be altered once the free GrabFood gift card has been issued. Please utilise it within its validity period.
Your recipient will receive an email from us with the gift card design and denomination you’ve picked! The unique gift card code and expiry will also be stated in the same email to them.

Service & Repair
We are happy to assist you in keeping your jewellery at its best condition. Do drop by our stores so we can inspect the merchandise and offer professional cleaning at no charge.
Machine engraving is available for merchandise with sufficient space for engraving. Charges will apply. Please contact any SK Jewellery store nearest to you for more information.

In the event that your jewellery gets damaged or loses its lustre and shine, repair services and in-depth cleaning/polishing services are available. Kindly visit our store with your jewellery so we may assist you.
Remove jewellery during tasks: When performing manual tasks, remove your jewellery to prevent physical damage or exposure to chemicals/cleaning fluids. Some tasks that should be avoided when wearing jewellery include kitchen work, gardening, cleaning the house and other common tasks.
Avoid contact with chemical agents: Putting jewellery on after applying these chemical agents will expose the jewellery to potential damages. Just to name a few, chemical agents include cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes, lotion, hair perming and colouring agents, bleach, detergent, shampoo and other cleaning agents.
Don’t wear jewellery in swimming pools and spas: Chlorinated water can react with the metals found in jewellery causing colour changes and even structural damage. As a result, it is a good idea to remove jewellery before entering the pool or spa.
Sports and jewellery don’t mix: Hard blows during sports can damage jewellery. All jewellery should be removed before play begins to avoid accidental damage. Delicate omega and snake chains should not be worn while sleeping.
