At SK Jewellery, we offer the local and international delivery. For online local orders within Singapore, we offer the delivery options of shipping and in-store collection. In the following sections, we hope to best explain our delivery services.

United States/Australia/Canada/ New Zealand/United Kingdom/ Rest of Europe	•SGD80 shipping fee •Complimentary above order value of $1000, maximum of 4 items in order.

Free delivery applies to all qualifying orders of above SGD100. Otherwise, a flat rate of SGD5 will apply.

All deliveries are insured, ensuring your items are protected till they reach you. We are unable to offer the option to choose specific delivery timeslots as shipments are handled by third-party couriers

EXPRESS SHIPPING (SINGAPORE):

• Takes 1 – 3 business days from the date of order
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Singapore
• An estimated delivery timeline would be indicated in your order confirmation email

Should you require a specific delivery timeslot, do let us know via email or Livechat. Otherwise, express deliveries will be made between the timeslot of 11am – 8pm, from Monday – Saturday.

INSTORE COLLECTION (SINGAPORE):

• Takes 5 – 7 business days from the date of order
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Singapore
• An estimated delivery timeline would be indicated in your order confirmation email

Do note that the lead time for instore collection is the same as standard shipping. This is because time is needed for our processing team to verify the payment, locate the item ordered, and arrange it down to the store of choice to collect. Should you require a faster lead time, do select Express Delivery or Express Collection.

We currently offer shipping to 11 countries, including:

For orders relating to deliveries within Malaysia, please shop via our SK Jewellery Malaysia website.

Our shipping charges are SGD80 to Australia, United States, Europe, Canada and New Zealand. We offer free international delivery for all cart orders above SGD1000 in value, for a maximum of 4 items within the cart.

Our shipping charges are SGD60 to Asian countries including Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong and Indonesia. We offer free international delivery for all cart orders above SGD1000 in value, for a maximum of 4 items within the cart.

We currently utilize either Fedex or DHL Express to ship all international orders.

Please note that SK Jewellery does not bear any of the additional duties charged for importing jewellery items overseas for international orders. These will have to be borne by the customer.

The delivery timeline is approximately 7 – 10 business days from the date of order, excluding Singapore public holidays.
