No Returns or Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders, including those shipped to the United States or Australia.

As we are based in Singapore, all exchanges must be made in person at our retail stores in Singapore, and we are currently unable to accommodate overseas exchange logistics.

If your item arrives defective or does not match your order, we’re here to help.

  • Order ID
  • Date of Order
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received

We will assess your request and do our best to assist you accordingly.
