Do you offer engraving or customisation services?
While we currently do not offer engraving services, we do offer personalised necklace options where you can customise the designs, colours, and gemstones on your pieces. For instance, with our Chinese Calligraphy Script Gemstone Gold Necklace and Elegant Script Alphabet Gemstone Gold Necklace, you can select a character and stylise it to beautifully reflect your individuality.
How do I care for and maintain my necklace?
To maintain your necklace's brilliance, gently clean it with a soft cloth every six months. When not worn, store it in a dedicated box or pouch to protect it from scratches and tarnishing.  For more detailed guidance on caring for your necklace jewellery, we recommend referring to our comprehensive jewellery care guide.
What if the necklace doesn't fit when it arrives?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer exchanges for unworn jewellery within 7 days of receipt or collection (including weekends and public holidays).    You can exchange the piece for a better fit at a value corresponding to the final amount on your official SK Jewellery receipt.
