Exchanges & Refunds

The following details the exchange policy by SK Jewellery. Do note that we do not offer a returns policy for all orders.

7-Day Exchange Policy

  • Starts from the day you receive or collect your parcel
  • Does not apply on custom made products. This includes our personalised necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings and gold collectibles with engraving.

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that you visit on weekdays where possible, as weekends and public holidays tend to be more crowded.

For all exchanges, the exchanged value corresponds to the final amount invoiced on the official SK Jewellery receipt. If you would like to exchange your product for another product of higher value, you are required to make a top-up of the difference.

All online exchanges will be conducted at retail stores. The following stores are eligible for exchange facilitation. Please liaise with our e-commerce Livechat personnel first, so that the desired item of exchange can be pre-arranged at the store prior to your arrival.

Exchange Policy for Different Types of Gold Jewellery

  • Yellow Gold Jewellery can only be exchanged for Yellow Gold Jewellery
  • White Gold Jewellery can only be exchanged for White Gold Jewellery

Yellow gold jewellery is defined as anything which is made in 916 or 999 gold. White gold jewellery is defined as all other types of jewellery.

REFUNDS

  • Takes 10 – 14 business days from the date of confirmation
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Singapore

We will gladly offer a refund, should the parcel delivered to you be unsatisfactory in terms of:

  • Defective items: If any items in your delivered parcel is found to be defective.
  • Out of Stock: If any items in your order are found to be out of stock.

Please note that in the event of a refund, it will be processed nett of any payment processing fees incurred. While we strive to issue refunds in full for issues attributable to SK Jewellery, such as defective items or out-of-stock products, refunds for cancellations initiated will be subject to deduction of the applicable payment processing fee.

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with the details of your order, including:

  • Date of order
  • Order ID
  • Items that are deemed unsatisfactory
  • A clear photo of the item with an accompanying description of what went wrong

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are currently unable to accept exchanges and returns for international orders. However, if your item delivered has any issues, feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We will gladly assist in rectifying an order if sufficient proof of documentation is provided.
