How does Singapore standard shipping work?

  • We offer free shipping within Singapore for all orders unless you have chosen an express delivery during your checkout.
  • Your parcel will arrive within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.
  • We do not ship to restricted places such as military camps and Jurong Island.

How does Singapore express shipping work?

  • Express shipping may be chosen as an option before checkout.
  • Express shipping is chargeable at SGD$30
  • Your parcel will arrive within 2-3 working days after order confirmation.
  • Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to shipping fees, unless otherwise stated
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.
  • We do not ship to restricted places such as military camps and Jurong Island.

When will my order be shipped?

  • All orders will be processed immediately upon payment confirmation and items will be shipped with full insurance coverage.
  • Standard delivery service will be delivered within 7 working days.
  • Express delivery service will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Kindly note that the delivery time estimate may vary slightly depending on the availability of the item and our courier partners’ delivery schedules.
  • Due to the high volume of orders during the peak/festive seasons, there may be a delay in processing the order and having it ready for pick-up or shipping. Rest assure that our staff will get in touch with you to discuss the delay.

What if I am not at home to receive the order when delivery is made?

All orders must be delivered by hand and we do not allow placement of parcels in a secure location. Otherwise, SK Jewellery will not be liable for misplaced or lost parcel.
When the first delivery fails, we will offer up to 2 free redelivery attempts.

Why is my order status still 'processing' not shipped?

If the status of your order is showing as 'confirmed', it means that we have received you order and are processing it. During busy times, when we are receiving lots of orders, this status may show on your order for longer than normal. Don't worry though, we always have a plan in place so that you order reaches you on time. You will receive an Order Shipped email with the estimated delivery date as soon as your order leaves our headquarters and is on the way to you with the expected delivery date.

My order has not arrived, could you tell me where it is?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Shipped email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. Kindly note that your parcel will take about 7 working days to arrive for standard deliveries, 7 working days for pickup in store and 2-3 working business days if the express delivery option is chosen prior to checkout. Can I choose to collect my purchase in-store?

If you prefer to pick up your purchase from our stores, please indicate the store you wish to collect your purchase from in the “Checkout” page. After the Order Confirmation email, an Order Shipped email will be sent to you regarding the self-collection date in-stores. In most instances, your order will be ready for collection within 3-5 working days upon order confirmation. Our store opening hours can be found at our “Store Locator” page.
